However, if these efforts are not to be in vain, we must follow established rules and regulations. However, people who were notified to take a flight to Jeju Island with a confirmed person to self-contain themselves were secretly escaping and caught trying to catch another flight. Quarantine personnel in protective clothing investigate men sitting on chairs.

They had to be isolated by contact with a confirmed person, but they were discovered at the airport trying to leave Jeju Island.

On the 28th of today, Jeju Island found two contacts in the Jeju Airport waiting room and forced containment.

They came to Jeju from Gimpo yesterday and boarded the same plane as a high school student in the United States who was confirmed.

The two contacts were known as women.

They were found to have tried to escape from Jeju Island by going directly from the hotel to the airport after receiving a phone call from the health authorities called self-containment.

[Jeju provincial office officials: The call was not good. There was one call. I understand that you said, 'Because you are eligible for self-price, you must go to the facility.']

When the health authorities couldn't reach them, they helped the police to locate them.

As a rule, people in quarantine should not go anywhere other than containment facilities, and can be fined up to 3 million won if they violate containment guidelines.

Jeju Island is considering whether to take legal responsibilities for those who attempt to escape without permission.
