Eastern support from the Busan District Court issued an arrest warrant for a 20-year-old man accused of strangling and killing a female college student who was returning home today.
The court said 25-year-old A admitted the crime but said he was concerned that he might escape.
A is suspected of murdering a 21-year-old female student, B, who was returning home from a residential alley in Nam-gu, Busan, at about 4:16 am on the 18th.
Mr. A was caught in the police after 16 hours when he ran away with a handbag of a dead female college student and started investigating him as a resident.
