Person A, who had been working as a daily worker after entering Korea in November 2019, was charged with taking a drunk woman, B, to a gosiwon around 9 pm on September 5 last year, sexually assaulting her, and taking photos and videos illegally.
A took B, a woman who was drunk on the street, to a gosiwon, raped her, and took illegal filming in the process, and left the nude woman B in an empty room opposite the crime.
He is also accused of transmitting illegally filmed photos and videos to his acquaintance C.
Person A, who appeared in court, denied the charges, claiming that "woman B danced and sang and seduced her to have sex."
However, the court did not accept Mr. A's claim on the basis of the fact that Mr. B was unconscious when looking at CCTV at the time, and the text messages exchanged between Mr. A and her acquaintance Mr. C.
He continued, "Mr. A commits a felony of adultery with a woman on the street, taking pictures of her body without permission, and providing it to others. "He was sentenced to imprisonment and arrested A in court.
The court will deport Mr. A to Turkey as soon as the sentence is executed according to the verdict.
