Yesterday (22nd) around 3:40 pm, there was an accident where a car rushed into a hamburger franchise store in Gongdo-eup, Anseong-si, Gyeonggi-do.



According to the Gyeonggi Anseong Fire Department and Anseong Police Station, a white sonata broke a glass wall during the day and rushed to the checkout counter inside the store, injuring three people.



A man in his 40s who was standing in front of the checkout counter to receive the ordered hamburger injured his left leg and was taken to the hospital.



Two customers in their 30s also suffered minor injuries due to shattered glass windows.



Mo Lee, who was at the scene at the time, said in a phone call with SBS, "I was waiting after ordering a hamburger with my child.



He continued, "I sat there right before the vehicle pushed in, and the child said, 'Let's move to another seat,' so I moved and barely avoided my anger.



It is said that the driver of the vehicle who caused the accident made a statement to the police to the effect that "the speed could not be controlled."



It was investigated that there were no unusual issues, such as drinking or taking drugs.



Police are investigating the exact cause of the accident.
