The Court of Amsterdam granted TCP Direct, which, among other things, regulates the payment of ING flex workers, deferment of payment. The payroll company states in a statement that it is seeking solutions for the situation that has arisen together with the administrator.
TCP came in the news after reports that hired ING employees were not paid for services provided. In total, the company would still have millions of euros in unpaid bills outstanding.
According to TCP, the payment problem was a direct consequence of the fact that a lender suddenly withdrew. At the same time, TCP waited for a payment from another major customer. This caused problems with cash flow.
Creditors will receive written notification from the administrator in the course of next week about the submission of their claim and the further course of the moratorium. The objective of TCP administrators and administrators is that all creditors are paid in full.
