The French company ENGIE received a notification from Gazprom about the reduction of gas supplies from Tuesday. This was reported by the publication Challenges.

As stated in the material, the reason for the decline in supplies was the disagreement between the parties on the implementation of contracts.

ENGIE recalled that since the escalation of the conflict in Ukraine, Gazprom has significantly reduced gas supplies.

The head of the Energy Regulatory Commission, Emmanuelle Vargon, stressed that France's strategic gas reserves are about 91% full.

Earlier, the head of the energy concern ENGIE, Jean-Pierre Clamadier, spoke about the consequences of refusing gas from Russia.
