Belgian singer Annie Cordy, performer of popular hits like "Tata Yoyo" and "La bonne du curé", died at the age of 92 on Friday near Cannes, her niece Michèle Lebon told AFP.
“She fainted around 6:00 pm.
The firefighters arrived very quickly, tried everything to revive her, ”said her niece who had been living with her in a house on the heights of Cannes for years.
