The Korea Meteorological Administration announced today that the heavy rain warning will come into effect all over Seoul at 5 pm on the 23rd.
Heavy rain warning is effective when 3 hour rainfall is expected to be 60 mm or 12 hour rainfall is 110 mm or more.
Even with an umbrella, the Meteorological Administration urged people to be wet under their knees and to be aware of accidents such as valley water and river overflows.
