On June 30, remote electronic voting on constitutional amendments ended. It was attended by Moscow and the Nizhny Novgorod region.

As reported, about 1 million applications from Muscovites and almost 140 thousand applications from Nizhny Novgorod were submitted to participate in this format of voting.
