According to him, a number of innovations were included in the updated bill, in particular, the norm on the sale of land to foreigners only after a referendum. Also, the document now has a restriction, according to which one person can own land with an area of only 10 thousand hectares.
In November, 240 deputies supported the bill on allowing the sale of agricultural land to Ukrainian citizens and legal entities, as well as to some foreign individuals or companies that have been renting them for at least three years.
