According to Ibaraki Prefecture, the Sekine River, which flows through Takatsuki City, exceeded the flood risk level of 2 meters and 30 centimeters at 5:40 pm at the Shimotetsu Observatory.
Because the water level is rising further, Ibaraki Prefecture is calling for strict vigilance as the risk of flooding is increasing.
