Overflowing dangerous water level at Hanazono River in Kitaibaraki City Ibaraki Oct. 25 18:54
According to Ibaraki Prefecture, the Hanazono River flowing through Kita-Ibaraki City exceeded 3 meters and 20 centimeters of the flood risk level at Toyota Observatory at 6:40 pm.
Because the water level is rising further, Ibaraki Prefecture is calling for strict vigilance as the risk of flooding is increasing.
