The day before, Swiss Foreign Ministry spokesman Pierre-Alain Elchinger told RIA Novosti that the country is preparing to hold a peace conference on Ukraine, but the date and place of the event have not yet been determined.
According to Bloomberg, representatives from 80 to 100 countries can take part in the conference, and the Swiss city of Lucerne may be the venue. It is unclear whether China will participate in the meeting, the message emphasizes.
