2. Deepen the reform of “delegation, regulation and services” in emergency management and continue to optimize the business environment

3. Coordinate and promote the work of “establishing, replacing and abolishing” and improve the development of emergency management regulations and standards system

Establish a command and coordination operation mechanism for the national emergency command headquarters to guide the further improvement of the emergency headquarters system. 6. Adhere to scientific, democratic decision-making in accordance with the law, and consciously and proactively accept supervision from all parties

On the basis of completing the monitoring and networking coverage of major hazardous chemical enterprises and normal production and construction mines across the country, we will further expand the coverage of monitoring and networking, and complete the pilot monitoring and networking of aluminum processing (deep well casting) enterprises in Inner Mongolia, Shandong, Yunnan and other places.
