This new episode of "Al Jazeera Net Panorama" highlights the Moscow attack that occurred on the evening of Friday, March 22, in which 143 people were killed and more than 150 wounded.

The episode highlights the dispute between Russia and the West that followed the bloody attack, as the former blamed Ukraine and its Western allies, while the West sought to confirm the responsibility of ISIS-Khorasan Province for the attack.

The Moscow attack came just a week after it was announced that Russian President Vladimir Putin had won a new presidential term, sparking Russian speculation that the West, led by the United States, might want to spoil the occasion.

Al Jazeera Net Panorama also covered an overview of the Islamic State - Khorasan Province, and also highlighted the Russian authorities’ honoring of the Muslim boy Islam Khalilov, who succeeded in helping more than 100 people escape during the attack.
