He noted that last year the parliament adopted a bill according to which more than 150-200 million lei were taken from the budget of Gagauzia through VAT refund mechanisms for legal entities. Bolea emphasized that in the medium term, the budget of Gagauzia would lose more than half a billion lei due to the adoption of this law, RIA Novosti reports.
The deputy noted that the Constitutional Court declared these norms unconstitutional. According to him, the reason for the policy of the Moldovan authorities is that Chisinau is not satisfied with the independent position of Gagauzia.
Earlier, the head of Gagauzia, Evgenia Gutsul, said that she was not considering the possibility of secession from Moldova.
