Building a "one center, multiple bases" special service cooperation platform that benefits Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and overseas Chinese is a pragmatic measure for Huizhou to implement the specific deployment of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee's "1310" plan. So far, a total of 29 companies have been introduced to settle on this platform, 143 agreement projects have been signed, 12 Hong Kong-funded projects have been launched to increase capital and expand production by 13.87 billion yuan, and 148 batches of "Ten Thousand Youths Come to Huizhou" exchange activities have been carried out, serving Hong Kong and Macao. Chen Liwen, director of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the Guangdong Provincial Committee, pointed out that as the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area accelerates, exchanges between Huizhou and Hong Kong and Macao have become more frequent and cooperation has become closer.
