Kuleba spoke about the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, in which there are five scenarios for the development of events in the territories of Donetsk and Lugansk regions not controlled by Kiev.

According to the Ukrainian minister, now events are unfolding according to the first scenario.

“When colleagues talk about Plan B, they obviously articulate the idea that it is impossible to endlessly stay in the current modality of the process, but the potential of the Normandy format and the Minsk process has not yet been exhausted,” Interfax-Ukraine quotes him.

Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a law to extend the law on the special status of Donbass until December 31, 2021.
