Macron no longer suffers from the symptoms of "Covid-19" and is released from isolation

The French Presidency announced in a statement yesterday that President Emmanuel Macron, who tested positive for "Covid-19" on December 17th, "no longer suffers from symptoms", and can thus end the isolation that he began seven days ago.

On Thursday before last, Macron went to the presidential headquarters of "La Lantern" near Versailles, and his injury was discovered after a week that was full of meetings and tables with international political figures.

The Elysee Palace said that Macron was suffering from coughing, high body temperature, and muscle pain, adding that “during the period of illness, he was able to continue his activities in the current main files of our country and (preside) councils and (hold) meetings that were scheduled.” He did not specify the Elysee. Whether Macron returns to the presidential palace in Paris, or the place where he intends to spend Christmas.

In the statement, Macron wished happy holidays for the French and "makes sure, a few hours before Christmas, to remind the importance of restrictions" and "to limit the number of daily frictions in the face of this epidemic."
