Avoid congestion.
Wash your hands often.
Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth.
Stay home if you are the least bit sick.
Travel responsibly.
Pay special attention to protecting the elderly and those at risk.
The infection control doctor has previously warned that many people have begun to relax when it comes to following the restrictions.
