The final central exams for the semester will start on November 22, in group (A) subjects for grades one to 12, and these exams will end according to the number of subjects in the educational track, and the first semester vacation will begin on December 13.

While students start the second semester on the third of January 2021, students from grades one to four only perform the central exam for the second semester on March 21, 2021 in three subjects, namely Arabic, English and Mathematics, and their completion is determined by the number of subjects for each class. The semester vacation begins on the 28th of the same month.

Students begin their studies in the third semester of the current academic year, on April 18, 2021, and grade 12 students begin performing the central exams on June 20, 2021, and on the next day students start from grades one to eleven, in group (A) subjects for all students. The end date of the central examination according to the number of subjects in each track and the distribution of exam days.

The guide indicated that the summer semesters for students from the fourth to the 12th will start on July 25, 2021, in six subjects, namely Arabic, English, and mathematics, in addition to science subjects (physics, chemistry and biology), then the summer semester evaluation begins on August 15, 2021. Its completion is determined by the number of materials in each track and the distribution of days.

The guide specified a number of procedures for carrying out examinations for students of public and private schools that apply the curricula of the Ministry of Education, and the manual divided the procedures into four groups, namely: “Building examinations in group (A) and the mechanism for their implementation”, “Students of determination” and “Monitoring in The Al-Manhal system, and the "examination syllabuses".

The guide explained that the construction of examinations (examinations) is centralized and implemented electronically, for all grades from 1 to 12, and its application is linked to the methodology of distance or school education, and the weight of the final evaluation is distributed between the short exams for one semester in proportion to the content of the curriculum specified for the exam, and for students People of determination, their examinations with the rest of the students follow the same mechanisms in implementation and monitoring. As for students who implement individual educational plans, their examinations are set by the special education team and monitored manually in the system.

As for “monitoring in Al-Manhal”, it includes monitoring the score for the electronic exam centrally, through automatic transfer between the test and monitoring systems. As for the formative test scores, they are done manually by the teacher, and for the “exam rapporteur” it includes the same semester exam for grades one to four. This is for grades five to 12 in the first semester exams. As for the third semester exams, for grades five to 12, it includes the courses of the second and third semesters.

Students ’attendance in the second semester starts on the third of next January.
