The Government Support Department in Abu Dhabi revealed a tendency to employ 3000 citizens in various work sectors before the end of the current year, through the “My Future” platform project for manpower and human capital planning, while the Human Resources Authority in Abu Dhabi confirmed the implementation of a plan and strategy to employ citizens during the current year. She added: “The department has implemented the“ My Future ”platform project for manpower and human capital planning, which aims to reduce unemployment in the future by aligning education outcomes with the requirements of the labor market in government agencies and companies, and defining the specializations and future needs of skills for the next 10 years. Pointing out that the "Future Platform for Manpower and Human Capital Planning" project is based on building a unified platform with analytical capabilities to support the efforts of manpower and human capital planning in Abu Dhabi.

The department clarified that the tendency to employ 3000 national cadres will take place by the end of this year, as work is currently underway to prepare the platform project and provide it with data provided by various data sources (schools, universities, retirement and employers).

Evaluation and development criteria
