Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited a cadet in the hospital who survived the An-26 crash in the Kharkiv region.
As the head of the Kharkiv regional administration Aleksey Kucher specified, the cadet survived while on the plane.
The bodies of 25 dead were found at the crash site in the Kharkiv region.
Another person died in the hospital.
According to the preliminary version, the An-26 caught its wing on the ground.
In total, there were 27 people on board the aircraft - seven officers and 20 cadets of the Kharkiv National Air Force University named after Kozhedub.
