“We discussed the measures taken in the countries to phase out the regime of anti-epidemic restrictions when restoring air passenger traffic.
We agreed to further study the issue of resuming bilateral air traffic, taking into account the epidemiological situation in Russia and Cuba, ”the message says.
Earlier, the official representative of the Russian diplomatic service, Maria Zakharova, announced the plans of Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on September 28 in Moscow to hold a meeting with the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Cuba Ricardo Cabrisas.
