She explained that the clinical trials and studies conducted by the state are taking positive steps towards the promising vaccine, especially since more than 31 thousand volunteers, representing 125 nationalities, have participated in them, and all of them are fine, stressing that the side effects that were observed in the third clinical trials are simple and expected, and are similar to any symptoms of any vaccine. The follow-up process for volunteers is carried out intensively according to the approved protocol, and continues for a period of 42 days, which requires a schedule of visits to clinical trial centers for a number of at least 17 visits to monitor the health status and discuss the results of the vaccine, in addition to that the volunteer is instructed not to travel during this period, as there will be Periodic follow-up and remote medical consultations, which may last up to six months, and an emergency contact line has been allocated around the clock, seven days a week, for volunteers in clinical trials, run by the Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA).

The Department of Health in Abu Dhabi, the "G42 Healthcare" and the Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA), which are responsible for registering, examining and testing the volunteers participating in the third clinical trial of the inactive "Covid-19" vaccine, confirmed the need to inform the medical official.
