“Tikhonov was interrogated all night, he didn’t sleep, didn’t have dinner and didn’t have time for breakfast - he was taken by the convoy,” Litvinovich said.

On September 8, TASS, citing a law enforcement source, reported that investigators had detained Deputy Energy Minister Anatoly Tikhonov on suspicion of fraud.
