The TAR says no to the urgent precautionary suspension of the ordinance with which on August 16 the Minister of Health, in terms of urgent measures for the containment and management of the epidemiological emergency from Covid-19, closed the discos and introduced the obligation mask in public places where there is a risk of gatherings. This was decided by the president of the third section quater of the Lazio TAR with a single decree with which he rejected a request for urgent precautionary suspension proposed by the Silb-Fipe-Italian Association of Dance and Show Entertainment Enterprises. The hearing in the council chamber for the collegial assessment of the appeal has already been set for 9 September.
