It was last autumn that the man ordered a pistol from two different arms dealers. The man attached a weapons permit that looked like it had been issued by the police.

The justification for the weapons permit was, among other things:

"When his previous military service had a major impact on the nation's security. Everything else is classified via the Swedish Security Police (SÄPO) ”

But the arms dealer became suspicious and asked what the 26-year-old would have the weapon for. The answer was that he wanted to protect his family and himself. And that he works for the nation's security.

The seller then contacted the police where it was discovered that the 26-year-old had forged the gun license. He had used another permit for dance performances for a nightclub that the man had, but replaced parts of the text. He had not changed the record number.

The 26-year-old denies the crime.

He is also charged with several counts of drunk driving and drug offenses, doping offenses and aggravated illegal driving.
