“The experience that our doctors gained during the treatment of patients with coronavirus in the Moscow region was useful for combating this infection in Kazakhstan,” RIA Novosti quotes the Minister of Health of the Moscow Region, Svetlana Strigunkova.

She said that “the specialists transferred the acquired knowledge and skills to Kazakh colleagues from five regions of the republic and, together, treated more than 1,500 patients”.

Earlier, the press service of the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan said that the vaccine against COVID-19 being developed in the country is successfully passing preclinical tests.
