Swedes from Skåne, Blekinge and Halland are covered by special rules and may travel into Denmark without special reasons. But those who come from any of the other nine green counties must have reasons or at least six booked overnight stays in the country to be admitted.

The booked nights must be proven. Other reasons are, for example, working in the country or that you should visit a close relative, according to the Danish police's website.

The nine green counties that have special requirements for, for example, accommodation are: Västerbotten, Jämtland, Uppsala, Södermanland, Östergötland, Örebro, Värmland, Kalmar and Kronoberg.
