Iran appeals to the UN Secretary General over the emergency with a passenger plane

This was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the representative of the Iranian Foreign Ministry Abbas Mousavi.

It is noted that Takht-Ravanchi indicated to Guterres that the Iranian side would hold the United States responsible for any incident that happens to the plane during its return to Iran.

According to Mousavi, a similar message was conveyed to the Swiss ambassador to Tehran, representing US interests.

Earlier, the media reported that fighters, presumably American, intercepted an Iranian passenger plane.
