It was preliminarily established that the minibus driver lost control, as a result of which the bus drove out of the carriageway, flew into a ditch and turned over.
“At the time of the accident, there were about 20 passengers in the transport. Now 15 people have been taken to a hospital. The driver fled from the accident scene. Measures are being taken to arrest him, ”the statement says.
Earlier, three people were killed and four injured in an accident in Kharkov involving an ambulance.
