The periodical contains technologies that serve the hearing impaired, which is represented by a smart headset that the patrol driver can communicate with and communicate with the headphone used by people with disabilities who have hearing disabilities, through the "Bluetooth" technology, and thus speak to him directly and very easily.
A police guide has a guide for police officers dealing with people of determination, who provides an explanation of how to provide services to them, the best way to communicate with them, commensurate with each disability, and how to explain police services to them easily.
Dubai Police also provided in the journal a notebook containing all the information for how to communicate with the deaf group, and introducing them to the sign language for the reason that they were stopped by the patrol in a simplified way, while the patrol will be led by a competent driver of the sign language.
