The National Police have detained a 16-year-old minor, as the alleged perpetrator, the death of his 48-year-old mother, by stabbing in Córdoba . The events occurred after a discussion on Sunday afternoon at the home they both shared, on Calle Conquistador Benito de Baños, in the Cordovan capital.
As confirmed by Europa Press sources close to the investigation, the minor, after undergoing the required medical examination, will go to court throughout this Monday, within the framework of the procedure in which, from the outset, he has intervened the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office .
Agents of the Group of Minors and the Scientific Police of the National Police carry out the investigation of the alleged homicide, as soon as it received the notice from the 112 Emergency Coordinating Center , around 8:00 p.m. this Sunday.
When the agents and medical services then went to the address in question, they found the body, so that the doctors were only able to certify the death of the woman , who, according to 'ABC Córdoba', was a retired Civil Guard agent . The minor was then detained as the alleged perpetrator of his mother's death, having reached this outcome without prior reports of violence or psychological abuse between the two.
