"We have noticed that our American counterparts are deviating from the principles we follow in cooperation with the International Space Station. They are not treating the lunar exploration project as an international project, but as a relationship similar to NATO. Priority, other countries should help the United States and pay the membership fees. To be honest, we are not interested in participating in such projects." In the interview, Rogozin spoke highly of China's achievements in the aerospace field. He said that Chinese and Russian scientists have maintained close communication on the lunar exploration project, and China and Russia may establish a joint base on the moon in the future.
