“We have repeatedly called on our colleagues to take an open position: if you don’t consider it necessary, or you are not able to fulfill any obligations for one reason or another, declare this directly. But you don’t have to fool the whole world about their continued commitment to the Minsk agreements or, for example, “a comprehensive, complete and unlimited ceasefire,” he added.

Earlier, Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky said that no one can demand from Kiev the adoption of a law on the special status of Donbass.
