“Today they do not correspond to the realities that Ukraine was in when those agreements were concluded as political and legal agreements,” RIA Novosti quoted Reznikov as saying.
According to him, the terms stipulated by the agreements (2014-2015) have already expired.
“And these Minsk agreements have not been implemented,” he said.
Earlier, Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba said that the Minsk process is “based on mechanical ventilation.”
As the Kremlin noted, the situation around the Minsk complex of measures is “potentially very dangerous”, and the words that are heard more often about the optionality or impossibility of fulfilling the Minsk agreements cannot but cause concern.
