An unemployed Asian retaliated against his previous fiancée by exposing her and denigrating her reputation by posting pictures of her on the networks with her phone number as being morally deviant, so that men were calling her to ask for her for a fee, according to her testimony in the investigations of the Public Prosecution in Dubai.
The accused attributed the reason for the act that she abandoned him to marry a Gulf woman after spending more than one million dirhams on her during the sermon.
The Public Prosecution directed the defendant to commit the two crimes of threat, to divulge matters of honor, and to attack the privacy of a person through the information network, insulting and slandering.
In the Public Prosecution investigation, the accused said that he had been associated with the victim for a seven-year sermon, as he learned about it via Facebook, and the knowledge developed into an emotional relationship, then he was formally engaged to her, and during the engagement period, he spent more than a million dirhams including jewelry and a Lexus car , And guaranteed all its expenses, but he discovered that she was deceiving him for the purpose of exploiting him and stealing his money, and only concerned money.
He added that he was mad when he learned that she got married and got pregnant with a Gulf person, so he created an imaginary account in her name on the “Instagram” and “Facebook” networks, and published pictures of them during the engagement period, in addition to other pictures of her and her family.
He pointed out that she contacted him after learning about his action, and he insulted and threatened her, and asked her to return the gold that he bought for her and his money, or he would expose it to her husband.
He explained that he had kept the victim with five thousand pictures of them, in addition to personal conversations, and that content was found on computers that were seized with him.
The victim said that she was engaged to the accused, and he evaded and procrastinated as the marriage date approached, which led her to annul her engagement from him.
She added that he proceeded to blackmail her after their engagement was broken, and threatened her that she would discredit her and spread her mobile phone number, to the point that some were calling her as a morally perverted girl.
