This came during His Highness’s briefing on the outputs of the learning project from the best international practices in managing the “Corona” crisis, which was launched by the Dubai Government Excellence Program, with the aim of supporting the efforts of the Dubai government and the Supreme Committee for Crisis and Disaster Management, and includes five main themes: crisis management and the health system , Food security and supply chain, economic recovery, and community behavior.

At the center of crisis management, the project team was inspired by several ideas to enhance Dubai's readiness to deal with crises, so that its plans are flexible and suitable for all scenarios, to ensure proactivity, speed and clarity in providing guidance and updates.

At the center of the health system, the work team focused on strengthening research capabilities and encouraging them in the field of "Covid-19" disease at the state level to identify ethnic races and their links to diseases and their prevalence and severity, and to provide scientific and accurate data that contribute to supporting the efforts of the work teams at all levels.

On the level of food security and the supply chain, the team analyzed and evaluated the current situation, with the aim of identifying all inputs and harnessing technology to improve the food supply system through the use of technologies and data, and reaching the concept of sustainable food security.

In the economic recovery axis, the project team emphasized the necessity of relying on artificial intelligence techniques, with the aim of providing advice and guidance to small and medium companies, so that the participation of investors and individuals is stimulated to develop a system plan to support jobs in sectors that most affect the general income of the emirate.

The Community Behavior Hub team also worked on analyzing several sub-axes such as remote work, distance learning, consumer buying behavior, maintaining the application of social divergence procedures and health procedures, personal welfare and creating new societal opportunities, with the aim of promoting the preservation of social divergence practices.

The project team emphasized the importance of relying on artificial intelligence technologies that can track future trends, global trends and phenomena to facilitate the planning process and support decision-making in the areas of crisis management and setting priorities, determining the path of government and supporting readiness through reading renewable phenomena, building capacities and learning, monitoring developments and linking them to related topics priority.
