The international aviation traffic monitoring sites that direct a military cargo plane from Syria to Libya rediscovered, talking again about the military alliance between Bashar al-Assad and Haftar.

The radar box, which is specialized in air traffic monitoring, showed the launch of the Yushen cargo plane, type 76, of the Syrian regime, from Damascus to Alexandria in Egypt.

The "FlightAir" website broadcast pictures showing the plane's path from Syria to Alexandria in Egypt and from there to the Al-Khadem base in eastern Libya, which is run by the Emirates to support Haftar's forces, then the plane appeared again west of Alexandria, while exiting from Egypt heading to Syria, where the plane was absent from Radar upon entry and exit from Libya.

The Assad regime does not hide its political and military support for retired Major General Khalifa Haftar, who is backed by Russia, which denies supporting Haftar militarily through the Russian Wagner Company located in the areas controlled by Haftar.

Syrian Foreign Minister Walid al-Muallem announced the support of the Assad regime to Haftar's forces and institutions in eastern Libya. Stressing his country's readiness to provide the necessary support to protect "Egypt's national security".

Analysts believe that Assad's relationship with Haftar increased after multiple visits, and agreed to open diplomatic headquarters and coordinate positions between the two parties, in addition to facing what they called the Turkish aggression against Libya and Syria.

The Ministry of the Interior of the National Accord Government confirmed earlier that the Syrian regime had obtained Haftar fuel for aviation and the establishment of economic relations in exchange for Haftar's obtaining military support in the form of mercenaries, money and weapons.

And indicating the great rapprochement between Haftar and Assad with Russian support, the dispatch of 14 Russian MiG-29 warplanes and a number of Sukhoi 24 planes transported to Libya via Syria, according to the US military command in Africa, AFRICOM.

Daily flights
The volcano of anger spokesman Mustafa Al-Mujie confirms that flights between Latakia airport and the server base in eastern Libya, operated by the UAE, have become almost announced, with an average of 8 flights per day since February 10.

"The cooperation between Assad, Haftar and Al-Sisi is the solidarity of the old regimes in the Arab world, represented by the secretaries in these countries or feudal regimes, as in the Emirates and Saudi Arabia that ruled decades ago, and are trying to thwart any attempt to rise," Al-Mujai added to Al-Jazeera Net.

"Cooperation is not confined to military support alone, but there is political support that Assad provides to Haftar by dealing with a parallel government in eastern Libya, and coordination to open diplomatic missions between the two parties after the Syrian regime stormed the Libyan embassy in Damascus," al-Maji continued.

Regarding Assad's support for Haftar with advanced weapons, Al-Mujai said, "It is possible, which is dependent on a green light from Russia, and Damascus is only a transit station between Moscow and eastern Libya, and the real actor is Putin through his arm Wagner."

Al-Majei affirms that "the UAE and Saudi Arabia will provide financial coverage for all Haftar military deals, in addition to that Egypt will facilitate crossing its airspace to provide military support for Haftar in violation of all international covenants and treaties."

Weapons and mercenaries
A member of the Supreme Council of the State, Belkacem Dabars, believes that the Assad regime knows the transfer of weapons and Russian and Syrian mercenaries to support Haftar militarily to transfer the regime in Libya from a democratic to a bloody dictatorship.

He explains that the Assad regime is seeking to transfer advanced military equipment to Haftar in Libya to compensate for its recent losses in western Libya, "in the context of an alliance between the Assad regime, the Emirates, Egypt and Russia in exchange for each party obtaining its ambitions from Libya."

"The common denominator between Haftar and Assad is relying on Russian support and mercenaries, in exchange for the dream of remaining in power and reaching power, even if it is at the expense of tens of thousands of innocent blood," Dabars said.

Dabars notes that Bashar al-Assad is striving to coordinate between the axis of evil, which aims to topple and thwart the Arab Spring revolutions, among them the Libyan February 17 revolution whose success threatens repressive Arab regimes.

The intersection of the agenda and interests.
The researcher on issues of the Arab and Islamic world, Salah Al-Qadri, considers that Assad's support for Haftar would not have been possible without the intersection of their agendas and interests, as Russia and the UAE play the role of mediator and first beneficiary.

Al-Qadri attributes the reasons for coordination between Haftar and Assad to the return of diplomatic relations and military coordination between the Emirates and the Assad regime, in addition to the use of Haftar, Russia, the traditional ally of the Assad regime.

Al-Qadri asserts in his statement to Al-Jazeera Net that "the direct support provided by Syria to Haftar is to support the Russians loyal to Haftar on the one hand, and to strengthen its political and military agenda in Libya."

He added, "Assad can provide support for Haftar with Russian planning and implementation by sending Syrian mercenaries to compensate for the withdrawal of hundreds of Haftar fighters from the fighting fronts after their recent decline in confidence, and the killing of Sudanese and Chadian mercenaries in the Tripoli war."

Al-Qadri believes that Assad opens the airspace to the transfer of Russian weapons to Libya after the destruction of the Turkish Air Force, which belongs to the Government of Concord, more than 10 Russian air defense systems of the Panzzer, which shows the need to replace them with new Russian defense systems.

Fraud against the laws
The writer and political analyst Abdullah Al-Kabeer considers that the support is provided by Russia, and the role of the Bashar Al-Assad regime in legal and political coverage is limited to Moscow, considering that the introduction of weapons to Libya is contrary to the UN Security Council resolution on the arms embargo to Libya.

The transfer of a sophisticated air defense system such as the S-300 to Haftar in Libya, Al-Kabeer says, "The transfer of a sophisticated air defense system is very expected, but it will not be delivered to Haftar's forces, but rather will be operated by Russian or Syrian forces belonging to Assad."

Al-Kabeer believes in his statement to Al-Jazeera Net that "Russia is keen in its wars for air control through air defense systems on the ground, indicating that cooperation is taking place in the matter between Russia and Syria."

Al-Kabeer believes that Egypt and the UAE’s cooperation with the Assad regime in Syria to support Haftar in Libya will upset America. Stressing at the same time that sending arms and mercenaries from Egypt and the UAE will not stop, as long as the conflict continues without a final settlement.
