“Residents are allowed access to apartments, except for apartments located on the 4th-5th floors of the damaged entrance,” the message on the website of the Ministry of Emergencies in the region says.
It is noted that residents of the affected apartments are ready to accept at a temporary accommodation center.
It is also reported that a building construction survey is underway.
Earlier, investigators began checking for injuries to a resident of Kirov as a result of a popping of gas in the house.
