It is still unclear if anyone was injured in the fire.

- We just got to the place. It is a real fire and it has burnt holes in the roof, says Magnus Bergdahl, team leader for SOS alarms in the Bergslagen region.

Police block off

The police are also present and assist the rescue service in the work.

"We have quite a lot of resources in place and we help to block off," says Erik Hiding, officer in charge of the police in Örebro.

No one injured

An ambulance was dispatched to the scene but no person is reported to have been injured in the fire. According to the rescue service, they have managed to limit the fire to the apartment where it started.

- I can't say that the fire is under control yet, but we have not had to vacate the other apartments in the properties where there are burns or surrounding apartments, says Magnus Bergdahl.
