A 29-year-old gendarme stationed in the Haut-Rhin appeared on Wednesday before the Strasbourg Criminal Court. He was accused of having entered his neighbor's home, and this on several occasions, in an Erstein residence but also for having held child pornography images, reports The Latest News from Alsace . To the investigators, the gendarme confessed that he had gone to look between the interstices of the shutters, hoping that his neighbor would be undressed, specify our colleagues.

On his laptop, the gendarmes found photos (taken without their knowledge) of several naked women, in the locker rooms and showers of a campsite. As well as many child pornography images of young girls aged 15-16, uploaded to websites.

He was eventually sentenced to a year in prison suspended.
