The initiative was implemented by the Directorate of Narcotic Drugs in the Criminal Security Sector in cooperation with the Directorate for Drivers and Vehicles Licensing, the Innovation and Future Foresight and Security Media departments, and the Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination.
