In Mexico's Tabasco region, the remains of a huge Mayan civilization have been discovered.

It is said to have been the oldest and largest in all of the remains that have been discovered so far, and a research team at the University of Arizona in the United States said it discovered this Mayan site through an aerial radar search.

The time of creation was estimated from 1000 to 800 BC, and the total length is 1.4 km, and the artificial plateau is 10m to 15m in height.

What's unique is that it's such a large relic, where no relics related to powerful rulers have been found.

The research team analyzed that the site was constructed not by the ruler's command, but by the collaboration of several people, suggesting that social inequality was not large at the time.

The netizens responded, "It's more amazing that I haven't found such a huge trace so far."
