As the nation’s Floyd death case plunged into riots, a video of an African-American man being locked in his throat by the American police was reproduced online.
The Sarasota Police Department in Florida issued a statement on Monday saying that the video was "part of" the process of police arrest of a 27-year-old African man Patrick Carroll, who was accused of possession. The felony of ammunition, and the misdemeanor of refusal to arrest and domestic violence. The police officer involved has been suspended.
