Phase 2 of the deconfinement is a relief for many traders. The sports halls were thus able to reopen on Tuesday in the green zone (it will be for June 22 in the orange zone), as in the Marseille region. In Aubagne, few athletes dare to take the plunge. But Patrice Muller, manager of the sports hall Le Palestre, was delighted to be able to reopen. "More than a relief egg, it is a survival egg. We have not had any money for three months," he said.
"I do not hide from you that we are not serene, we are waiting to see the few days go by which will quickly give us the temperature", nevertheless tempered Patrice Muller, who had suspended all the subscriptions of his members on confinement time.

Classes by reservation, compulsory disinfection after each training
This Tuesday, however, there is no crowd in his room. The new health protocol, which all customers must now comply with, has undoubtedly led to a drop in attendance. From now on, group lessons only work by reservation, the machines must be disinfected and a safety distance is imposed between each device.
"All that is body-pump or gym class, it is exclusively by reservation, so as to be sure that there are not more people in the classrooms. We have five square meters per person, whereas in a weight room it is different, you just have to materialize used machines or not for it to be fluid, "explains the manager.

"I am reassured"
One machine in two is thus sacrificed in the gym, with compulsory disinfection after each workout. But not enough to discourage the athletes present. "I am reassured, even if we have to be careful to clean the equipment after use," says one of them. "It's nice to resume, I languished. It has to be indoors, at home it's not for me," said another sportsman.
The coaches are also back. But now, they move around with a mask in the room to give their precious advice.
