NATO Secretary General noted that parties to the conflict should use peacetime for the benefit of all residents of Afghanistan.

“NATO remains committed to Afghanistan’s security in the long run,” he added.

Earlier, US Special Representative for Afghanistan Zalmay Khalilzad met in Afghanistan with Afghan leader Ashraf Ghani.
