In the context of recent field developments, Stephen Dujarric, a spokesman for the Secretary-General of the United Nations, said on Tuesday that the international organization is calling on all parties concerned in Yemen to stop fighting in Abyan province, and warned of the possibility of stopping 31 assistance programs within weeks due to lack of funding.
