Member of the 12th CPPCC National Committee, former assistant of Imam Ma Yuechun, Harmony Mosque of Chaoyang Street, Korla City, suspected of inciting ethnic hatred and ethnic discrimination; member of the 12th CPPCC National Committee, former deputy director of Urumqi Urban and Rural Planning Administration Nurmaimati A Budu Heheman committed the crime of taking bribes; Li Yu, a standing member of the 12th CPPCC National Autonomous Region and the former deputy inspector general of the People's Procuratorate of the Autonomous Region, has serious problems with the violation of his duties. According to the relevant provisions of the "Articles of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference", it is decided:
Revoked the membership of the 12th Committee of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of Ma Yuechun and Nurmaimati Abdul Rahman CPPCC; revoked the membership of the 12th Committee of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of Li Yu Political Consultative Conference and at the same time revoked the tenth of the CPPCC Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region The qualifications of the standing committee members of the second session of the committee shall be confirmed by the fourth meeting of the twelfth session of the CPPCC of the autonomous region.
